All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us via email within three (3) business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We are unable to honor any damage claims submitted after the 3-business-day window.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
