By making this purchase you are acknowleding that the previous communication and design is approved for printing . You will not be able to make any changes to the design. Please confirm all colors, spelling, fonts and design is to your satifaction 
 
There are no refunds on custom orders due to customer error . 
 
-These are made upon request. Please allow 3-5 days for material shipment in the event your design material is not in my stock AND an additional  7-10 business days for processing.
